About Us
Welcome to Creston, a place where the beauty of nature intertwines with the warmth of a close-knit community. We are a low-density gated community of acreage homesites nestled among the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina. Our community has extensive acreage of common areas, including gorgeous waterfalls, hiking trails, and pocket parks providing a feeling of openness and freedom, offering a comforting retreat from the hustle bustle of city life.

Creston sets itself apart from other communities as it is spread thoughtfully across an 1100-acre mountaintop property of which 500 acres are formally in conservancy. Amongst the 1100 acres are 135 homesites nestled among the native flora, ensuring a harmonious blend of homes and nature. Quality takes precedence over quantity, unlike many comparable subdivisions that prioritize maximizing profits. With over 100 lots sold our community today includes 60 completed homes with a steady growth of new construction. We are a community comprised of both part time residents and about 40 happy full-time families.
