Another New Footbridge
A half dozen burley men installed yet another footbridge across a ravine on the Spring Hollow trail. They hauled 6 12-foot pieces of lumber, copious fasteners and a boatload of tools down a steep grade from the mail kiosk, removed a rotten and dangerous log that had previously been the only way to cross without getting wet and then assembled the new heavy-duty (and heavy-weight!) footbridge in its place. It is now easy and safe to cross the last obstacle on one of Creston's finest trails.
