As of 10:00 the roads in Creston have not yet been plowed (at least not by Tanager Lane). However, a little investigation suggests that the first inch or so of snow that arrived yesterday initially turned to slush (it was above freezing when it started) but then froze. So under the snow there is- in places, at least - solid ice. Until the snow is removed, a vehicle with good tires going really REALLY slowly may be able to navigate the roads by using the snow itself for traction (it's a little 'tacky' at the moment), but it is certainly not recommended by any means. But once the snow is removed but before salt is spread on the ice, DO NOT VENTURE OUT!!!
