I just drove out to route 9. Creston Drive is in really good shape from Tanager all the way to Mt. Hebron, but neither Mt. Hebron nor Crooked Creek have been plowed (no surprise there) and are heavily rutted. Although my Subaru had no problem on either road, I would be very surprised if a 2-wheel drive vehicle could make it on the uphill legs. Put another way, I wouldn't even dare try it in anything but a 4-wheel-drive vehicle. If you don't have to go out, don't.
